Senior Project Manager

Location: Toronto, ON (with occasional travel across project sites within Ontario)

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects up to $10M, overseeing budgets, schedules, and teams to deliver high-quality results. You'll ensure our clients' satisfaction by maintaining an unwavering focus on quality, cost, and safety throughout every phase of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of retail & restaurant commercial projects, from planning to execution.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure financial and schedule controls are maintained.
• Work with Procore for project management, ensuring accurate financial tracking.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements on-site.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• 7 or more years of experience in project management, specifically within commercial construction.
• Proficient in Procore and construction management systems.
• PMP certification (or equivalent) is preferred..
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle high-value projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices.
• Ability to negotiate and manage contract terms with clients and subcontractors effectively.

Pay & Benefits:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Base Salary: $140,000 to $160,000, depending on experience.
• Performance-based bonuses, paid quarterly, tied to project margins and client satisfaction.
